At Source of Health (“we,” “us,” “our”), we value your time and ours. To provide the best service to all clients, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling guidelines. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to comply with this policy.
1. Appointment Scheduling
Appointments for our medical and aesthetic services can be booked through our website, by phone, or in person. Each appointment is reserved specifically for you, and our licensed professionals dedicate their time and expertise to your treatment.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Notice
Clients are required to provide at least [24/48] hours’ notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule their appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and maintain an efficient schedule.
3. Late Cancellations and No-Shows
