REGENERATIVE AND MEDICAL AESTHETICS

LASER TREATMENT AT SOURCE OF HEALTH

Non-ablative Lasers work by delivering a single wavelength of light and energy to produce a controlled injury to the skin, which promotes cellular renewal. Great for all skin types, lasers help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, discoloration, acne scars, and stretchmarks. Downtime differs depending on the client and their concern.

HAIR REDUCTION

Hair removal has been proven to be a safe and effective procedure for those with unwanted hair. During this process, a laser beam passes through the skin to an individual hair follicle. The intensity of the light weakens the follicle, inhibiting future hair growth. You can expect to see a gradual decrease in hair thickness and the amount of hair in the treated area. Since this treatment only targets hair in the active phase of the hair growth cycle, multiple treatments are often needed for complete removal.

COMMON QUESTIONS

  1. Will my cellulite completely go away?

That all depends on the person! Lifestyle is a huge factor when reducing cellulite. We have seen great results using about a series of 6 treatments and the client changing to a healthier lifestyle.

  2. How often should I get a cellulite reduction treatment?

ZWave is best done every other day for 6 treatments.

  3. Does laser hair reduction make all the hair completely go away?

Technically it is Laser Hair Reduction, which means it reduces how many actively growing hair follicles there are in the treated area, however many people have had great results where 90% of the active hair is removed.

  4. How many treatments will someone generally need for laser hair reduction?

All laser hair reduction is done in packages of 6 starting off in a specific time frame depending on what area of the body is being treated.

  5. What needs to be done prior to a laser hair reduction treatment?
Make sure to stop waxing and tweezing the hairs a month prior to treatment. Do not be actively outside in the sun 2 weeks prior, and shave the night before treatment (unless told otherwise by provider).
  6. How long does a typical skin resurfacing treatment take?

Most services range from 20-60 minutes.

  7. How many skin resurfacing treatments do I need?

Everyone’s skin is completely different, and for that, so are their treatment plans. For ultimate results, typically 3-5 treatments are needed, with monthly or yearly maintenance.

  8. How much does a skin resurfacing treatment cost?

Best suggestion we can always give, never pay for a treatment separately! Treatments always end up being cheater and saving you money over all when done in a package.

  9. How long until I see results with skin resurfacing treatments?

Depending on the concern your skin has, nothing is better overnight. The 90 day rule applies. 90 day of treatments plus 90 days of healing (typically 6 months or more).
